SAfE is committed to helping support our Surrey schools community with our school-led improvement plan.
Supporting Professional Development
SAfE and STSN provide professional development programmes for Newly Qualified Teachers and Heads, guiding them through their professional development. We provide support for Headteacher appointment, and facilitate leadership networks across primary, secondary and sixth form. Visit our Offer Roadmap to see how SAfE can support your professional journey.
Guiding Schools through Inspection
SAfE is available to guide your school through Ofsted inspection, and a SAfE Advisor will be available for pre-inspection support and any additional support throughout this process. To find out more about this process, visit Support for Inspection.
