SAfE is compiling a nexus of remote learning resources, both from within our network of Surrey schools and externally, to help support teachers and parents during school closures. This page will be updated daily, and will be developing alongside this situation.
With the proliferation of resources that are available, SAfE wishes to act as a hub for schools and parents to find trusted sources to support a balanced education for all children going forward. We appreciate that this situation is evolving, and we will evolve alongside it to ensure the best help possible is available to the children and young people of Surrey.
SAfE has curated a pool of external resources that may be helpful to teachers and parents at this time. These resources cover both teaching and curriculum, as well as guides to support remote learning and staying safe online.
Many organisations and schools are collating external resources in hubs, and to avoid overwhelming teachers and parents, where possible we will signpost to these resource hubs.
SAfE is continuing to build its pool of remote learning resources. Some schools have already been in touch to share their resources, and we are heartened to see so many schools and teachers supporting one another in our community.
We have been updating our resource list on a daily basis.
As a reminder, SAfE is inviting any school that is prepared to share their resources to contact us via email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, or on 01483 749954.
We would ask that these schools provide us with a short description of their resource alongside an accessible link or contact information.
Connect with us and regularly follow all the news and
lots of other interesting things.
Don’t hesitate and get in touch, we’re expecting you!
