Curriculum Development Services

Continuing Professional Development with SAfE

We have a range of professional learning and development opportunities which are offered under the broad title of Curriculum Development.

This encompasses our pedagogical CPD offer:
• Curriculum, Teaching and Learning
• Inclusion, SEND, Disadvantage and other Additional Needs

For our professional learning ‘Leadership and Accountability’ offer (including SEND Leadership) and our ‘Governance Services’ offer, please visit these relevant sections of our website.

How do we Deliver Curriculum Development?

Our programme is delivered by current great practitioners or those that have up-to-date and recent experience and evaluated to ensure maximum learning impact for all.

We work with national, and international experts, underpinned by evidence informed research so that schools can access the highest quality training and development.

As a not-for-profit organisation our traded offer provides value for money, is priced fairly and ensures sustainability of provision.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of SAfE’s Curriculum Development offer with one of the SAfE team, please contact us at

Schools Alliance for Excellence professional learning principles fully align with the vision and values of the Chartered College of Teaching and therefore we are working to design training and programmes that support teachers and leaders working towards Chartered Status assessments.

We are working towards accreditation as a ‘Chartered Status CPD Partner’ and developing our professional learning programme so it can support candidates on their pathway to Chartered Status. For information about Chartered Teacher Status and accreditation, please visit the Chartered College website

“We have benefitted from what SAfE offers as a school. Particularly, as we are a small one form entry infants, it is difficult to afford quality CPD and this year I have had access to the coaching (free), tokens that allowed a safeguarding audit. I will happily encourage other schools to subscribe and to benefit from what SAfE delivers.”
