How does the new Bookings Portal work?
Each school will have a unique log in where they can view and access all the events SAfE have to offer. In order to attend, you must add each event to your basket and check out (even if these events appear as ‘free’).

I cannot remember my username / password, where can I find this?
Under ‘My Account’ then ‘Account Details’ you can view you user name, email and have the option to change your password. We have a helpdesk number which will be able to assist with all account and log-in queries; 07368 934 356. Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.

I don’t have an account, how can I create one?
If you do not have an account with us, or unsure if you do, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to set you one up!
How can I view all the events I have signed up for?
Under ‘My Account’ then ‘Tickets’ you will see the list of events you have booked with the downloadable ticket.
I want to now subscribe to SAfE; how do I do this?

Where will the event confirmation be sent to?
The user log in email will receive confirmation of booking, and the attendee will receive the event ticket, including date, time and Zoom link.
I need my order confirmation resent; how do I do this?
You will be able to find your downloadable ticket under ‘My Account’ and ‘Tickets’. If you are still unsure, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into this for you.
Why are the prices different?
If you have a subscription with SAfE, you will see the prices that reflect this. If you are not a subscriber, you will view the full price of each event.
Do I have to buy multiple tickets if more than 1 teacher want to attend?
Yes, if more than 1 teacher would like to attend an event, you will need to buy the number of tickets to reflect this. At the checkout, you will be able to add each attendees name and email address and they will receive a ticket each.
I can no longer attend; how do I cancel my order?
If you can no longer attend a session, please let us know no later than 5 working days before the event date by emailing us on email@example.com.
How will I be charged for purchases?
Your user email address will receive an invoice. If you have a specified finance email address you would like invoices to be sent to, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with this change, with the subject: Finance Email.
