This practical, face-to-face leadership programme is designed to give you the confidence, clarity and expertise to lead effective governance and drive meaningful school improvement.

Across three focused sessions, you’ll step beyond the day-to-day and strengthen your ability to lead with purpose – developing the skills to guide your governing body, support and challenge school leaders and keep a sharp focus on what matters most.

Designed for current and aspiring Chairs, the programme combines expert input with real-world application. Meeting in person allows you to build valuable local connections, share experiences and learn alongside peers facing similar challenges.

You will explore how to:
