Leadership Conference 2027

The SAfE Leadership Conference 2027 will bring together school and trust leaders from across the region for a day of purposeful reflection, challenge, and inspiration.

Designed specifically for headteachers, executive leaders, and MAT CEOs, the conference creates space to step back from the immediacy of day-to-day school life and engage with the big questions shaping the future of education. Through thought-provoking keynote presentations, practical activities, and rich professional dialogue, delegates will explore how to lead with clarity, compassion, and ambition in a rapidly changing landscape.

At a time of increasing complexity for education leaders, the conference will provide an opportunity to connect with peers, gain fresh perspectives, and consider innovative approaches to some of the sector’s most pressing challenges. Delegates will leave with renewed energy, new ideas, and practical insights that can be applied within their own schools and trusts.

Themes will include:

• Leading through uncertainty and change
• Building inclusive and equitable school communities
• Developing a sustainable and resilient workforce
• Strengthening collaboration across schools and trusts
• Preparing young people for an evolving future
• Balancing ambition, wellbeing, and long-term impact

This conference will offer a valuable opportunity to reflect on your leadership, challenge your thinking, and engage with colleagues who share a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.

Speakers and full programme details will be announced shortly.
