Leadership Support Partner

Leadership, Curriculum and Governance Support

Our LSPs are SAfE advisors or practising headteachers and CEOs, from good or outstanding establishments with a proven track record of successful partnerships with schools and academies. LSP’s support educational settings to remain at the forefront of good practice.
Each LSP acts as a critical, professional contact to the school, helping its leadership to evaluate performance, identify priorities for improvement and plan effective change. As part of the initial visit they can refer the support of other SAfE advisors.
