SAfE & Xavier Middle Leaders Primary & Secondary 24-25

A programme that supports teachers to become skilled at leading others and leading change in schools.

This programme will develop skills in leading people and change for teachers who are aspiring or in the early phase of leadership. Participants will work through the process of change management through the course of the programme, having identified an issue in their practise that they want to advance.  We believe in praxis; putting learning into practice.  These are often the less explicit skills of leadership. The programme will offer the opportunity to ‘learn about’ and ‘learn to’ lead impactfully within a school context.

The programme will include six face to face sessions over the year; three sessions will run in the Autumn term, and three sessions spread at intervals across the remainder of the year.  This is to encourage learning, development and reflective practice over time.
