We are proud of our culture of collaboration, and we are dedicated to fostering partnerships that enable headteachers to lead with confidence and clarity.

Any Headteacher (new to post or new to Surrey) is invited to attend the SAfE New Headteachers’ Welcome Breakfast; an event designed to introduce new headteachers to the educational landscape within Surrey.

This gathering offers an opportunity to meet representatives from Schools Alliance for Excellence (SAfE) and the local authority, who will outline the portfolio of services, professional development programmes and strategic support available to Headteachers. It serves as an important point of induction, networking and orientation.

This network is free for all New Headteachers within Surrey.
