SAfE & Xavier Middle Leaders Primary & Secondary 25-26

This programme is delivered in partnership with Xavier CET. It facilitates teachers who are new to leadership or aspiring leaders to become skilled at leading others and leading change in schools.

Participants work through the process of change management through the course of the programme, having identified an issue in their practise that they wish to advance. We believe in praxis; putting learning into practice. The less tangible skills of leading people and teams is deeply explored so that leading process and change can be more successful. The programme will offer the opportunity to ‘learn about’ and ‘learn to’ lead impactfully within a school context.

The programme will include six face to face sessions over the year; three sessions will run in the Autumn term, and three sessions spread at intervals across the remainder of the year. This is to encourage learning, development and reflective practice over time.
