Secondary Inclusion Leaders Hub 26-27
Inclusion Leader Hubs for Secondary schools, driving forward inclusive practice.
Facilitated opportunities using the latest research to support leaders in reflecting about their own context and specific strategies that will help further develop inclusion.
We need to rethink inclusion. At its best, inclusion is not what we do, but who we are. SAfE provides an opportunity for key inclusion leads to rethink inclusion in their school through collaboration and shared learning. The Inclusion Leaders Hub for Secondary Schools creates the opportunity for leaders with responsibility for the key areas of inclusion (SEND, PP, attendance, behaviour, teaching and learning) to work together in facilitated sessions that enable them to take their joined up thinking back to school.
The Inclusion Leaders Hub for Secondary Schools provides a dedicated space for schools to engage with the latest local, regional and national updates on inclusion. The hub is designed to strengthen professional learning and support schools in developing consistently inclusive practices that meet the needs of all learners.
Each termly session brings together leaders for networking and professional learning focused on key areas of inclusion, informed by current research and the strongest examples of practice observed in schools. The hub facilitators create a collaborative environment where leaders can reflect, share insights and build confidence in approaches that make a meaningful difference.
