Training for Early Years Teaching Assistants 23-24

These sessions are designed for both experienced and new Early Years teaching assistants (both Reception and Nursery). The courses will be a mixture of theory and practice and is designed to empower practitioners to have high quality conversations with pupils and understand, and use, current learning theory.

To empower practitioners to have high quality interactions with pupils and assist teachers in creating enabling environments 

To understand, and implement, current learning theory.

  • Pupils will be educated by practitioners using current learning theory and be supported by best practice methods. This course will cover supporting pupils experiencing disadvantage and pupils with SEN.
