SAfE’s School Improvement Team

We are committed to a strong school-led system. Therefore, we believe that our work should be delivered either by current great practitioners or those that have up-to-date and recent experience.

Led by Louise Yarnell, our School Improvement Director, our team of Advisors and Leadership Support Partners, comprising of practising or former Headteachers and Deputy Heads or specialist senior teachers, adopt a bespoke and challenging approach when working with your school to ensure you get the tailored support you need.

All colleagues working with SAfE have a proven track record of successful partnerships with schools and academies, helping educational settings to remain at the forefront of good practice. All our LSPs are rigorously quality assured by SAfE who is accountable for their work.

Each member of our SAfE team acts as a critical, professional friend to the school, helping its leadership to evaluate performance, identify priorities for improvement and plan effective change.

“Your visit last autumn was a catalyst for some of the transition we saw recognised today, and  prepared the team for the rigour of the inspection. As always – thank you for the insight, the feedback and the benefit of your knowledge and experience.”
