Cycle and Process of Effective Self Evaluation

School Improvement

Self-Evaluation

Supporting all school leaders to develop a culture of robust school self-evaluation is essential to ensure continuous school improvement. At SAfE we believe self-evaluation is about objectively knowing your school context and rigorously addressing key areas for development to improve outcomes for all learners in your school community.

SAfEs intent is to support schools to shine a light on their own practice to develop a self-sustaining approach to school improvement securing equality and equity across their setting. SAfE have developed a range of frameworks to support the process:

  • Rethinking Inclusion
  • Key Strengths and Needs Assessment
  • Early Years
  • Sixth Form
  • Behaviour

Rethinking Inclusion Framework

To set up your school’s access to the Rethinking Inclusion Framework, please contact admin@schoolsallexcel.com and the team will provide your school with access to the self-evaluation tool.
