Building Nurturing Cultures: What Surrey Schools Achieved

Our new impact summary report highlights how the Surrey Nurturing Schools Programme has strengthened wellbeing, relationships and inclusion across 100 schools, embedding nurturing practice that is already transforming outcomes for children and young people. Through high‑quality training, the use of the Boxall Profile, and whole‑school cultural change, schools have seen significant improvements in emotional literacy, engagement with learning, staff confidence and parent partnerships. The findings show a powerful and lasting shift towards environments where every child feels understood, supported and able to thrive.
